However, if you’re not feeling cheerful right now, I want you to know:You are not alone. You’re human.

I'm going to say that again...
You do not OWE your family, your friends, or Instagram a perfectly curated appearance. You are allowed to opt out of what doesn’t feel safe, nourishing or true.You are allowed to just be.

Gentle Ways to Hold Space for Yourself Right Now
Here are a few ways to move through the season with more grace and less guilt:
Create a “Say No List” Say no to draining events, tasks, or traditions that no longer align.
Start a New Ritual: Read 10 pages of a book. Light a candle and journal. Stretch your body for 5-10 minutes.
Honor What’s True If you're grieving, say so. If you're tired, rest. If you're numb, don’t deny your feelings.
Choose Connection That Feels Safe Reach out to someone you trust person. You don’t need a whole lot of people, just someone who truly understands
This Is Your Permission Slip
The season isn't just about giving to others. It's about giving to yourself. So if your version of the holidays looks quieter, slower, or less cheerful than the world expects...That’s okay.
Joy isn’t always loud and peace doesn’t need an audience. Take care of yourself and
